・FANBOXやメンバーシップ等有料コンテンツの開設。

・著作権の譲渡および販売は行っておりません。予めご了承ください。

・活動プラットフォームの利用規約は遵守してください。

・モデルご利用中の問題について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

・当方制作物はポートフォリオなどで実績として公開する場合が

　ございます。

【禁止事項】以下の内容を禁止致します。

・転載や再配布、無許可のモデル改変、上記の使用許可の内容に反する

　行為、ならびに自作発言。

・公序良俗に反するおそれのある内容の発信。（暴力的なもの、過度に

　性的なもの。差別的な言動など）

・政治的・宗教的な利用。

・データの流用。

規約違反やトラブル等で悪質と判断した場合は、モデルの利用を停止させて

いただく場合がございます。ご留意の程よろしくお願いいたします。

Terms of Service

【Permission for use】 Permission is granted for use in the following

・Use in apps/game productions, video productions, and VTuber activities.

・Use in thumbnail images, icons, and headers, and monetization of video postings and

　streaming.

・Establishment of paid contents such as memberships.

【Note】 Please note the following.

・Please mention my name in your profile or summary section.

・I do not transfer or sell copyrights.

・Please comply with the terms of use of the platform you are working on.

・I will not be held responsible for any problems that may occur during the use of 　

　models.

・I will publish my models as my achievements.

【Prohibited items】 The following items are prohibited.

・Reproduction, redistribution, unauthorized modification of models, acts in violation of

　 the above permission to use, or remarks of one's own creation are strictly prohibited.

・Any content that may offend public order and morals

　(Violent, excessively sexualized, discriminatory language or behavior, etc.)

・Political or religious use.

・Misappropriation of data.

In case of any violation of the terms and conditions or trouble that we deem to be malicious,

we may suspend the use of your model. Thank you in advance for your attention.
